Responses to contact-form submissions, emails, or consultations are invitations to discuss possible work and are not binding offers unless expressly stated in writing. Project scope, fees, timelines, travel, ingredients, staffing, cancellations, and deliverables will be defined in a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. U.S. and international clients may be billed according to the currency and payment terms stated in that agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, photography, logos, dish concepts as presented online, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without prior written permission. Custom menus or creative work delivered under a client agreement are governed by that agreement.
